1. Turn the cap to open and press the tip of the spoid gently to draw out appropriate amount of ampoule.
2. Apply appropriate amount on face after using the toner.

2. Please do not use our Deep Vita C Ampoule simultaneously with the Zero Pore Pad in the same routine. We recommend that you alternate these products as follows - the Zero Pore Pads in AM and the Deep Vita C Ampoule in PM.

My skin feels a little hot when I use it. Is this normal?

As Vitamin C is a form of acid (ascorbic acid), you'll experience mild stinging and/or warm sensation when applying this product. However, please be assured that the pure vitamin C that is included in our ampoule absorbs quickly and efficiently.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still use the product?

People with sensitive skin could use this product, but please take note that your skin would need some time to get used of the product. For the first 2 weeks, we'd recommend using the product on alternate days, before using it more frequently on a daily basis after 2 weeks.
We also recommend the following:
1. Avoid using this product on troubled areas or areas with ezcema.
2. Apply a moisturizing cream right after applying Deep Vita C Ampoule at the start of use.
3. After 2 weeks of consistent use, you may still apply moisturizing cream 30 seconds to one minute after applying the Deep Vita C Ampoule for best results.

What are the other things should I look out for when using Deep Vita C ampoule?

1. Avoid mixing Deep Vita C ampoule with AHA/BHA formulated products as skin irritation may occur.
2. You may use the Deep Vita C Ampoule and other collagen products alternately.
