Refund policy

Your happiness is our top priority, and we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied , we will most definitely work with you to sort it out.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Although we do our best to check items while we are packing them, we do understand that items can be damaged during transit. Please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order and any of the products are;

  • damaged (inner packaging only i.e broken bottle)
  • leaking
  • ​defective dispenser system

We may ask you to send us a picture for our records, but we will either send you a replacement (depending on availability) or issue you with store credit. 

RETURNS:

All products must be returned in the same condition that they were received, i.e. unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order if any of the below applies:

  • SHIPPING ERRORS
    Should the return be due to an error on the side of Seoulful Skincare (i.e. incorrect product sent), we will arrange collection of the item. Once the item is postmarked and on its way back to us, we will ship the correct item out to you. The shipping costs both ways will be covered by Seoulful Skincare.

  • ORDER ERRORS
    Should the return be due to an error on the side of the customer (i.e. incorrect product ordered) the return shipping cost will be for your account. Once we receive the item back, we can either;

  • send you correct item (depending on availability) - shipping for your account
  • refund (2.5% processing fee to be deducted) 
  • issue store credit

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges WILL be honoured under the following circumstances;

  • incorrect product ordered by customer
  • incorrect product sent by Seoulful Skincare
  • products that are damaged / leaking / defective dispenser systems

Exchanges WILL NOT be honoured under the following circumstances;

  • products have been opened or used
  • products purchased from other stores

ALLERGIC SKIN REACTIONS:

Please note that returns for products that don't meet personal preferences or cause allergic reactions will be handled on a case by case basis. Some products contain active ingredients that may cause mild, temporary skin irritation when first used. Please ensure that you research products before you purchase by looking at reviews from websites as well as taking note of ingredient lists. If you are prone to skin reactions, we encourage you to start with 1-3 applications per week and gradually increase to daily use. Where possible, consider purchasing travel sizes to test first.

The main thing is to introduce new products gradually and allow your skin to adjust. Adding multiple products simultaneously can:

  • ⁠irritate the skin
  • disrupt the skin barrier
  • ⁠make identifying problematic products challenging
